This light but complex cider is made from fresh pressed apples and champagne yeast, it has a semi-dry, tart yet balanced character with complex fruity and gentle earthy funk flavors. 6.9%

Hand Pressed, late harvest Black Arkansas Varietal apples, macerated and fermented with hand picked rich 2nd harvest pinot noir grapes from our farm in Sebastopol, wildly fermented with the natural yeast on the skin of the apples and grapes, aged in oak Pinot Noir Barrels for a delicate stone fruit and woody leather, deep pinot tones, strong sour lemon and mango character, funky wild and earthy, hay/straw, with a sharp tart floral finish 10.5%
